Digital Product Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our digital products (like eBooks and courses), starting from the day you receive them. You can request a full refund, partial refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if:

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. The refund will be calculated as follows: total order amount minus shipping and handling fees (which we’ll provide) and minus a 15% restocking fee.


We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.


Multiple Refunds Policy

To prevent abuse of our refund policy, we limit refunds to a maximum of 2 items per customer. Any additional refund requests will be offered the option to exchange for another product.

International Refund Policy

Lost packages must be reported to the carrier. We do not refund orders lost in transit unless insured shipping was purchased.  


Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking cannot be refunded if misplaced. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.  


Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are non-refundable. We are not responsible for redirecting shipments or covering address change costs mid-transit.

Digital Product Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our digital products (like eBooks and courses), starting from the day you receive them. You can request a full refund, partial refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if:


(a) The course or eBook has damaged or corrupted content;  


(b) You’re unable to open or download the materials;  


(c) You received the wrong item.


Important Conditions for Digital Products:  

Downloads and Usage: If the eBook or course has been downloaded, unfortunately, a refund is not possible. This is to protect the digital nature of our products.  


Time Limit and Program Steps: Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase. Additionally, to qualify for a refund, you must show that you’ve followed the steps outlined in the program. If you haven’t put the steps into practice, we won’t be able to process a refund—we want to ensure you’ve given our method a fair try!  


Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice (a duplicate purchase), a refund for the duplicate item may be possible. Please contact us to resolve this.  


This policy applies only to purchases made directly on our website.

How to Request a Refund

A brief description of the issue (e.g., file not working, wrong product received, duplicate purchase).  


Your request (full refund, partial refund, exchange, or store credit).


For physical products:  

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. The product must be returned in its original packaging within the specified timeframe using a trackable shipping service.  


Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. The refund will be calculated as follows: total order amount minus shipping and handling fees (which we’ll provide) and minus a 15% restocking fee.


We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.


Multiple Refunds Policy

To prevent abuse of our refund policy, we limit refunds to a maximum of 2 items per customer, excluding duplicate purchases. Any additional refund requests will be offered the option to exchange for another product.


International Refund Policy

All international sales are final and not eligible for refunds, except in special cases evaluated on an individual basis (e.g., damaged product).

Damages and Issues

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or unavailability to receive the package, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.


Additional Restrictions

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  


Lost packages must be reported to the carrier. We do not refund orders lost in transit unless insured shipping was purchased.  


Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking cannot be refunded if misplaced. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.  


Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are non-refundable. We are not responsible for redirecting shipments or covering address change costs mid-transit.
